Our Story

 We are here to help!! Our main goal is to bridge the gaps between nutrition and fitness.  We appreciate the busy lives of our clients and want to make sure thy have access to healthy food options packed with nutrition to fuel the body. We have careful designed each meal with your specific nutritional goals in mind.  We recognize the everyones goals may be different, which is why we list the macro's for each meal.

 

Macro Nutrients

What are macros and why are they needed?


Macronutrients or ‘Macros’ are nutrients that our bodies need in order to function optimally. There are three major macronutrients: carbohydrates, protein and fat. Macros provide calories which convert into our body’s main source of energy.


Carbohydrates: Carbs are our body’s main source of fuel and can be used by the body easily for fuel. Good sources of carbs can be found in starchy foods like grains and potatoes and can also be found in fruits, vegetables, and beans.


Protein: Protein provides amino acids, which we need for growth and tissue repair.  Protein is essential for preserving lean muscle mass and energy when carbs are not available.  Not to mention it also helps support a healthy immune system.  Protein is mainly found in poultry, meats, fish, meat substitutes and in dairy products.


Fat:  We need fats for normal growth and development, energy and to provide cushioning for our organs. There are three types of fat (saturated, trans, and unsaturated), however,  the best fats to consume are unsaturated fats found in foods such as olive oil, coconut oil, nuts and avocado.
Achieving the right balance of Macronutrients is incredibly important to health and fitness goals, energy demands and overall wellness.

Pick Up and Delivery Options

We are currently just offering local pick up, but plan to offer a delivery service very soon.  Every Saturday we will offer FREE local pick up at our store.  For those whom are unable to make it in during our pick up hours we will allow off hour pick-up uppon request.

Order Deadline

When are orders due?

All orders are due by 10am each Wednesday morning.  Orders placed after 10am on Wednesday will not be eligible for pick up until the following week.

When Can I pick up?

FREE local pick up is at the Fuel Bar & Cafe from 9am-1pm every Saturday. For special pick up times e-mail kelli@fsyogafitness.com to make arrangements.

Fresh Food Delivery

COMING SOON!

We will offer a delivery service Friday afternoons from 1-3pm. We can deliver to your home or your work.  There is a minimum order of 3 items for delivery and there will be a $5 delivery fee added to each order.
